Meet the Ericksons

A Note from Susanna Erickson:

I first received my real estate license on a whim in 2007 while I attended college in New York City, but it would be a long time before I met my better half in 2018. We had a small “covid wedding” (remember those!?) in 2020 and in 2022, JP and I joined forces  to create an unshakable husband and wife real estate team.

In 2025 we made the decision to change our name to Holistic Home Collective. The health, safety and serenity of our clients is our number one priority and we believe the new name defines who we are as Realtors® as well as individuals. Every real estate endeavor comes with its unique challenges, but it is our job to take on the weight for you so that you can focus on what is truly important.

What is Holistic Realty?

In today’s fast-paced, transaction-driven real estate market, the term “holistic realtor” might sound like a breath of fresh air—or perhaps some weird fad your mom was into in the 60’s, but as holistic realtors we are more than just professionals who facilitate the buying and selling of properties. We are guides, advocates, and partners who approach real estate with a comprehensive, people-first mindset. Yes, we do the “crunchy” stuff too to ensure your new home is a fortress of health for years to come.  But what does it truly mean to be a holistic realtor? Read More to explore.

Whether your ready to start now or 7 months from now, we believe in establishing the relationship early. We’re available to chat just about any time, but we’d love to clear our schedule to chat with you.
